By using chargedparts.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Off-road use

Our parts are sold for off-road and closed-course use. Electric dirt bikes and their modifications may not be street legal where you live. You're responsible for following local laws, wearing proper safety gear and having parts installed correctly. Performance upgrades such as brakes, suspension and drivetrain parts should be installed by someone qualified.

Products and fitment

We work hard to list accurate fitment, photos and descriptions. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos. If a part doesn't fit as listed, our fitment guarantee applies.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. An order is accepted when it ships.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe.

Trademarks

Sur-Ron, Talaria, E Ride Pro, Stark Varg, Segway, Rawrr and other brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe which bikes a part fits. ChargedParts is an independent aftermarket store and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ChargedParts isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of parts, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
