Privacy policy
Short version: we use your information to get your parts to you, and we never sell it.
This policy explains what ChargedParts ("we") collects when you visit chargedparts.com or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), shipping address and the parts you buy.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe; we never see or store it.
- Messages: anything you send through our contact form.
- Email list: your email address if you sign up for offers.
- Your browser: your cart, wishlist and chosen bike are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're there when you come back. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including sharing your name and shipping address with the supplier or carrier that ships your parts.
- To answer your messages.
- To send offers and new-part emails if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just message us.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), our suppliers and shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and our email provider. We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and delete email-list addresses when you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@chargedparts.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete; we honor those requests the same way.
Children
Our store isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We'll update this page if our practices change and note the date below.
